About Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo
Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo was founded in 1985 at the instigation of H.R.H. the Princess of Hanover, to continue Monaco's long tradition of dance and of the Ballets Russes. Jean-Christophe Maillot has directed the company since 1993; its 50 dancers tour for much of the year, and at home it gives its premieres in the Salle des Princes at the Grimaldi Forum. The company also runs the Monaco Dance Forum festival and the Académie Princesse Grace. Check the season and book on the official website.
