About Mareterra
Mareterra, developed by SAM L’Anse du Portier and inaugurated in December 2024, extends Monaco into the sea beside Larvotto. Renzo Piano Building Workshop and Valode & Pistre designed it, with landscaping by Michel Desvigne. It has 27,000 m² of planted areas and 800 trees, 19,000 m² of pedestrian space and 600 m of cycle path, and its residences include Le Renzo and Les Jardins d’Eau.
